Walk into every investor meeting prepared.
Backstage fundraising support for founders: narrative, pitch deck, data room, and pitch prep. Your name stays on every email, every call, every room.
What I help with
Five ways to get raise-ready
Fundraising advisory
Ongoing support through your raise. Strategy, narrative, investor targeting priorities, round sequencing. Weekly working sessions, typically 3 to 6 months.
Monthly retainerPitch deck sprint
Your narrative and deck rebuilt with you, not for you. Story first, design second.
Fixed scopeData room build
Organized, indexed, and diligence-ready, so investors find what they need before they ask.
Fixed scopePitch prep
Mock pitches, Q&A drills, objection handling, and delivery coaching before real investor meetings.
Session packagesRound coordination
Process design for the raise: target prioritization, sequencing, materials, follow-up cadence, investor updates. Part of the advisory retainer. You execute every touchpoint.
With retainerHow I work
Backstage, by design
Investors fund founders, not intermediaries. When a raise is visibly outsourced, mass emails from an "advisor," an over-produced deck, a founder who can't defend their own numbers, investors notice. It costs you the meeting.
So I don't raise for you. I build the story with you, then stress-test it the way investors will. You send every email and take every meeting. I make sure the work holds up when you do.
Fit
Who this is for
Founders at pre-seed to Series A who are preparing a raise or already in one and want to run a sharper process. I work with founders globally, mostly US and EU.
It's not for you if you want to hand the raise to someone else, or if you're pre-idea with nothing to prepare yet.
Process
How it works
- One intro call. You tell me what you're building, your stage, and your timeline.
- If there's a fit, we scope it together: fixed fee for defined projects, monthly retainer for ongoing advisory.
- We work. Weekly sessions, direct access, and materials that survive investor scrutiny. If I'm not the right person for your raise, I'll tell you on the first call.
Questions
FAQ
Do you take success fees?
For venture rounds, my default is no. Cash fees tied to whether a US-connected round closes are illegal without a broker-dealer license, and sophisticated investors treat them as a red flag on the round itself. So I work on flat fees and retainers, and where it genuinely fits, advisory equity that vests over time. Exits and deals entirely outside the US can support other structures. We discuss specifics on the call.
Will you talk to investors for me?
No. Outreach that comes from an advisor instead of the founder gets filtered as spam and damages your credibility. I help you build the target list, the sequence, and the materials. You send every email and take every meeting.
Do you build the pitch deck for me?
With you, not for you. Investors will question you on every slide, so the narrative has to be yours. We rebuild the story together, then I stress-test it until it holds.
How much does fundraising support cost?
Fixed fee for defined projects like the deck sprint, data room build, and pitch prep. Monthly retainer for ongoing advisory. We scope it on the intro call once I understand your stage and timeline. Nothing is contingent on your raise.
What stage do you work with?
Mostly pre-seed to Series A. Later stages case by case.
Where are you based?
Mumbai, working with founders globally. Most of my client work over 20 years has been with US and EU companies.
